Episode 56 – You’d Think By Now I’d Be Jaded

Hello my friends, and welcome back to the Noize Faktory!

Hour 1 – We open this 4th of July show with a song called “America” by Europe, I know, it sounds hilarious!  But its a heavy track from their come back record START FROM THE DARK, and John Norum’s guitar work is unreal.  I have some Clutch for you, Monster Truck, a classic from Great White, some Little Ceasar, Brand New Sin, and Cheap Trick in this hour.  I also play some new tracks from Rival Sons who grace the cover of this months Classic Rock Magazine, Slash Feat. Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators, and Mach 22.

Hour 2 – I open this hour with a little southern rock from Cry Of Love and Brother Cane, along with the Dead Daisies.  Leslie West is up next with an amazing version of the song “Fade Into You”, followed by Daniel Davies and another new song from Tesla’s new album SIMPLICITY.  Love And A .38, The Smithereens, and Screaming Eagles round out the hour.  And to end the show we tip our hat to Metallica’s RIDE THE LIGHTENING album which turns 30 this year, and ring out the show with the classic “For Whom The Bell Tolls”.  That song is still incredible!

Don’t forget, Bob Costas’ time on TV must come to an end!  Call your local NBC affiliate and tell them that you think Costas’ opinions matter as much as a boob on a telephone pole!
