Here we are, Episode 17! I have put together another solid show for you tonight. This was one is heavy on classics and forgotten album tracks. I think you guys are going to like it.
Hour 1 – We start the show this week with the greatest opening track of all time, Guns N’ Roses hit “Welcome To The Jungle”, followed with “Stone Cold Fever” from Humble Pie, and the killer “King Louie” from Taddy Porter. I love that first block! We keep rolling with Rival Sons, Cheap Trick, and Alice Cooper. A few new songs are mixed in, I have a new one from The Cult called “Lucifer”, “Money” from the band The Delta Riggs, and another new track from Andrew Stockdale called “Somebody’s Calling”. I wrap the hour with a request as well.
Hour 2 – This hour starts out with a track from Deep Purple’s ABANDON album, a great song called “Don’t Make Me Happy”. I round out the starting block with the song “Whitesnake” from David Coverdale, the tune that started the long history of The Snake, and then we have the sometimes ignored classic “Wasted” by Def Leppard. We have some tracks from Ronnie Montrose, Steve Stevens, Kiss, Scorpions, and Black Sabbath. I also include another new track from my favorite new Northern Ireland band Screaming Eagles.
Hour 3 – The final hour features even more great guitar players. This show is full of them. Ted Nugent, Richie Kotzen, Joe Bonamassa, Jimi Hendrix, Billy Gibbons, Leslie West, and Gary Moore to just name a few. New music from The Temperance Movement and North & King round out the hour.
